One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is having the opportunity to share evidence-based information with audiences beyond the clinic.
As an orthopedic surgeon, sports medicine specialist, researcher, and advocate for lifelong movement health, I'm passionate about helping people better understand the factors that influence how we move, perform, recover, and age. Through media interviews, podcasts, speaking engagements, and educational partnerships, I strive to make complex health topics more accessible and actionable.
My areas of expertise include youth sports injuries, female athlete health, injury prevention, sports medicine, bone health, perimenopause, healthy aging, and the role movement plays in long-term health and well-being.
